Which engines get memory?
5 engines of your choice. Switch memory on for the tools people come back to most, like a coach, a course companion or a planner.
What does "re-scan on a schedule" mean?
You choose how often each knowledge source is checked again: daily, weekly or monthly. Your tools re-scan it on that schedule, so changes to your website or documents show up in their answers without you re-adding anything.
Do my tools work without it?
Yes. Memory Intelligence is optional. Without it, each session starts fresh and your knowledge stays as it was when you added it.
Does it change my AI costs?
Your tools still run on your own AI provider accounts, and you pay the provider for what they use. Memory Intelligence is a separate hosted layer.
Are each user's conversations and memory kept separate?
Yes. Conversations and memory are stored per member and per engine. A member can't see or access another member's conversations, even on the same engine.
Can what a user says get added to the engine's shared knowledge?
Not automatically. A classifier model reviews conversations and only adds content it judges useful for the engine as a whole. Everything else stays private to that member's conversation.
Is my data used for training or shared with anyone?
No. We don't use your uploaded knowledge, prompts, conversations or outputs for product improvement, training or evaluation, and we don't share them with third parties. The only exception is the AI provider you connect, which receives each request so it can generate the response.
How is memory kept, and can it be deleted?
Memory is kept per member, per engine. Because it's scoped this way, it can be deleted for one member on one engine, or for all members of an engine.
